Michael D Moore

Michael D. Moore was born on 14 October 1914 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He was an assistant director and actor, known for The War of the Worlds (1953), Never Say Never Again (1983) and Willow (1988). He was married to Laurie Abdo and Esther McNeill. He died on 4 March 2013 in Malibu, Los Angeles County, California, USA.
