Andrew Smith

Andy was born in Topeka, KS on November 3, 1968. He moved to Japan in 1970 with his parents. He attended kindergarten and first grade at a local public Japanese school in Tokushima on Shikoku island. Later, his family moved to Tokyo when Andy was 10 years old where he attended the American School in Japan until his graduation in 1986. While in High School, he would often work as a "gaijin extra" in miscellaneous productions on a variety of TV shows and films.
